When you use our website, some of your personal information is collected automatically, some of which may be personal data.   • Guest Reviews: We may use your contact data to invite you by email to write a guest review after your stay. If you submit a guest review, your review may be published on our website, our social media accounts and/or in our other marketing materials.

  • Marketing Activities: We may also use your data for direct marketing activities (including sending you periodic emails, newsletters, promotions and featured specials, as well as other marketing messages that we think might interest you and in accordance with any communications preferences you have expressed).

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is deleted 3 days after your expected check-out date.

We provide the ability to pay for your reservation on our website. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not personally store your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
